  • Service providers: We work with trusted vendors to operate our service, including Clerk, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, and Neon. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
  • AI processing: Message suggestions are generated using Anthropic's Claude API. We do not share personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to generate the suggestion.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NeverMissIt, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: If NeverMissIt is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Birthday and contact information you add to NeverMissIt is retained until you delete it or your account is closed.
